Administrative Post 26

Without intending to do so, the blog is taking a vacation.  The crunch of the end of the year caught up with us despite the best of intentions.  No new postings over the holiday season.  See you back here on January 15, 2013 when we return with new essays and contributions.  Plan on seeing the conclusion of the Eight Question Series, another set of essays on finding a job, a few rants from me about the state of the profession and some recommendations from the future, and hopefully the start of a new series about the views of the "grand masters" of the history business.
